MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

These capris are super comfortable. They're well sewn and beautifully cut. The 2" waistband stays nice and flat and feels like it gives a little tummy control. I like the pocketless backside and there are 3 working pockets in the front. They're longer on me than the model, and if you're shorter than 5'6" they'll probably fit more like short pants rather than capris. The ribbed material is nice, kind of elevates the pants from leggings to slacks. They look great with heels and they're perfect for work or a night out.

I felt these pants looked a little nicer than your average capri legging pant. The material is a nice weight and it's ribbed giving it a little more elevated look. I like that there are pockets that are smooth and not bulky on both sides. There is a longer pocket on the right side closest to your body within the right pocket to hold valuable items without worrying about it falling out. I wash all my new clothes before wearing and these wash and dry on hot without any issues. I feel like these can be worn with a long tunic without looking like you are wearing work out clothing or your loungewear or pajamas out. It may be the size that I purchased but they fitted down the leg but are night tight at the bottom which I like, they are true capri not a pair of tights.

The pants fit true to the size and are very comfortable. I love the material and color. The pockets compliment the style of the pants. The material is stretchy.

I really like how form fitting these Capri leggings are without being binding.The waist is high and covers problem areas.I don't get hot in the material and it moves well when working out.They do run a bit large.I usually wear a medium but got a small based on the size chart and they fit great. I feel like a medium would have been too loose.

These are fantastic! I own a huge variety of yoga pants and I like the ones that have the waistband wide and not elastic so you don't get muffintop. I wish these has back pockets but the front pockets are still functional. The fabric is breathable and cool. Perfect for work (I work in a lab). It's a dressier option than regular leggings in my opinion. They do fit a little long but still look cute as ankle pants not so much capris.
