All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I am 5'9' and about 165lbs. I had a baby not too long ago and I haven't lost the baby weight. I had to get new legging because I'm no longer 135lbs. I probably should have gotten a Large and not extra large. It's a bit loose on me, but that's ok. It's super comfortable - stretchy and soft. The value is decent. I recommend it.

These leggings (really the whole outfit ) is my favorite to wear when I work out! I love the color and that the pants have a longline bra that match perfectly! The color is my favorite and these have the best pockets!! The waist is high enough to keep my mama belly in and they don't roll down when I'm doing yoga!

These Stretchy Yoga Pants are so incredibly comfortable and so so soft. They fit fantastically and love wearing them. Love the pockets on the side because you can put your phone into it and not have to carry it all day long. Truly the best pair of leggings I have worn.MY OPINION: The price is very reasonable and comparable to stores.
