MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I got this to work out in during the summer and to double as an undershirt for more formal occasions.I'm 5 foot 8 and 173 pounds. I usually wear a medium and that's what I ordered. The shirt fits well but slightly loose. I prefer a more tight fit. Being made of 93% cotton and 7% spandex, it feels like silk. It's comfortable and feels like it's cooling your body. Perfect for summer workouts.Overall, I like it. But it does show my dad bod e???. I think it would look great on someone whose more buff. Recommended. 5 e???s!

The fabric is soft, and with 7% spandex, it offers a decent amount of stretch and doesna??t wrinkle much.What I appreciate is the stitching detail around the neckline and sleeves, giving it a more expensive look than its $15 price tag suggests. This also means it will wash and wear well over time.Ia??ll be using this for workouts but also for lounging at home or running errands. Ita??s definitely a great buy for the summer season.

This is a very comfortable workout shirt. The size is right on and fits great. The material is soft and high quality. The sleeveless design helps to keep me cool while working out and the material is moisture wicking. This shirt also works for layering as an undershirt and doesn't feel too long when tucked in. If someone wants a tight muscle shirt they might want to size down one?I've ordered a lot of "cotton" shirts to have them show up as polyester blends. This shirt is truly cotton.
