Two-Year Warranty: We stand behind our products and offer a two-year limited manufacturer's warranty. If a product fails because of a defect in material or the quality of workmanship, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Recommend use with MIER Reusable Ice Pack to prolong the cooling time.
MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.
