These shorts are a bit shorter then the ones I normally wear, but not noticeably so. I wear athletic shorts the majority of the time, especially being in hot Florida heat. These are lightweight and really comfortable. I've washed them several times now, with all my other regular laundry, both warm wash and heated dry. They have held up really, really well, and they are one of my go to pairs.I wouldn't wear these for working out specifically, there's no zipper to hold things in your pockets, and the inner sleeve that holds the phone isn't tight enough to actually keep it too in place. However, for my day to day wear, they are excellent.

These are nicely made workout/running shorts for men. Fabric is soft and very light. The tight stretchy underlining is convenient and love the inside pocket for belongings like cellphone, keys or wallet.Fits great as well. Recommended.

I have a few different pairs of shorts like this, they are nice for running or just for working around the house on a weekend. I like shorts I can mow the lawn in, and then jump in the pool, and then go to the store in. These fit that description.These are very lightweight, and the material dries quickly. I've jumped in the pool a few times with these on, and they work well as swim trunks. The inside liner does not breathe the same as a mesh swim trunk liner, but that is a symptom of the function. There is no fault in the product there.I like the liner and often don't wear anything under the shorts. The phone pocket on the liner is really only practical for holding your phone while running or some other activity. It's a little awkward to hike the leg up to get your phone out of that pocket if you are at the grocery store. But I have also used it to hold a debit card or my car key.The waistband fit as expected, and the length is perfect. Short, but not too short. The cut is a bit boxy, especially at the top near the waistband. They feel a little "poofy". I also wish they had at least one back pocket.These are nice shorts. Good design, a nice fit, but they lack the quality feel of a more expensive option. But, end of the day, they are a good value and I wear them often.

Nicely sewn pair of shorts. The compression/inner liner is looser than I expected, but comfortable. Nice outer material, dries fast. Could be used as swim trunks. No back pockets, but I'm ok with just two front pockets and one on the inner liner, which surprisingly held a large cellphone with an outer case. I like that the compression lining isn't so long that so it doesn't really show at the bottom, unlike other shorts of this variety. The fit for a medium is good, not too loose or too tight, so you have good mobility. The size/washing instructions tag is extra long, but you can cut it. I'm actually going to purchase a couple more pairs.
