All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

For years I've been looking for something like this to replace a pair of shorts I had from Walmart that were my favorite. These are perfect. Comfy with pockets. You can wear them around the house but they are cute enough for running errands too.

I am very happy with these shorts! As soon as i got them out of the package, i could tell this is going to be a nice item by the way the fabric felt.The shorts are high waisted, the pockets are a plus. The fabric is thick cotton which really makes these shorts look nice.I think the sizing is accurate - i'm 5'7, 180lb, 34" waist, 46" hip, i got an XL and they fit very comfortably. I would definitely recommend these shorts.

These shorts are comfortable and well-made. They washed well in cold water and I ran them through the dryer on low. I ordered based on the size chart and I'm glad I did. If I had just ordered my regular size they would not have fit. The material is a little heavier weight- not hot, just more solid and ready to stand up to a workout. These are already go-to shorts for me. Highly recommend.

These are comfy shorts and have a nice inseam thats not too short or too long. I bought these for my daughter and she likes the fabric and says it is soft and feels good against the skin. The fit is also good and TTS in her opinion. We ordered the medium- she is 5'7" and 140lbs with 30 in waist and 36 in hips she normally wears a 6 in non-stretchy jeans

I stared at the size chart and looked at reviews before deciding on which size to order. I believe there is a mistake in the size chart listed in the pictures section. If you scroll all the way down, there is another size chart. What is listed as "waist" in the pictures section is listed as "chest" within the bottom size chart. I think the bottom size chart that says "chest" must be more accurate, because if I went with the picture size chart my waist would be size small and my hips would be size large. I'm usually medium, so I went with medium, and these were WAYYY too tight. They fit like spandex. Even the waist was too tight, and that should have been loose on me based on the picture area size chart. So, if I went with only my hip measurements I would have been a size large in this item, and I believe that would have fit me better.I did put these through the wash and dryer, and they did shrink some, so you'll definitely want a little extra room before drying.Conclusion: These are cute and they have a flattering cut (even though they were too tight they were still flattering, but not comfortable). The material is super soft. They are high-waisted coming above the belly button, which is a style I'm crushing on right now. I really wish these would have fit me, so I recommend this product keeping in mind they run smaller than standard.
