All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I really like the material these are made from. They look like traditional dress pants, but theya??re actually soft and stretchy which makes them super comfortable. The fit is true to size, though I do with they were a little more fitted instead of being kind of baggy. Ia??m hoping theya??ll shrink up some in the wash. Either way, theya??re cool shorts and Ia??d totally recommend them.

Ordered these for my husband who is fairly picky about his golf shorts, so wasn't overly confident that he would like them, but I'm glad I did because he really likes them. He wears a size 38 waist and the XL fit him perfectly. The fabric is stretchy and breathable which is just what you want for outdoor sports in the heat and humidity of Texas. The color is a "true" black which is hard to find lately. I washed them in delicate cycle wash and afterward, they look just as good as a name brand pair that costs almost double the price of these shorts. For fit, comfort and looks, I give these shorts 5 stars.

I was really surprised how well I like these shorts! The material is extremely comfortable and SUPER stretchy. Great shorts for hot weather. I'm 5'8", 180lbs (athletic with some extra) and wear size 32x29/30 pants. I ordered a size Medium and I very likely could have gotten away with wearing a size small as I normally have to wear a belt with these- especially if I have anything in my pockets. The tailoring on these shorts is also great; usually the rise length is way too long or too short, and these are just right. I hope they add more colors because I'll be ordering more!Highly recommended!
