All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

It is a plain, practical, lightweight, easy to carry, long sleeve workout shirt.I like these kind of tops for walking or jogging on windy days, V-neck is my fav and this top has an interesting split hem, is soft, comfortable and fits me well, not too slim, neither the shirt nor the sleeves are too long (a shorty here) and looks good for its purpose, cute color too. I like it 🙂

I ordered this shirt to wear outside for lightweight protection from the sun. I am especially sensitive to the sun, so no matter what the season, I do everything I can to protect myself from exposure. This shirt fits well and is very comfortable. The fabric is soft and has a nice amount of stretch. It fits well and doesn't look baggy or too loose. The v-neck is really nice and helps the shirt look a little more tailored. I like that I can also wear this under another shirt as an added layer. This is a great price for a shirt with the sun protection in the fabric.

Really love the lavender color. The fabric is light and will be comfortable to wear out in the sun to block harmful rays. The construction is well done and the fit is just right for my body. I like that it fits loose and not so tight that it shows all my imperfections since the fabric is thinner. The SPF 50 rating should do the trick this summer so I can enjoy being out in the sun without further skin damage.

MIER Long sleeve workout topI ordered the this workout top in a black, medium. Iam approximately 150 lbs, 49 years old and 5?? 36 DD and usually wear a 6/8 small/medium. I opted for the medium because of the measurements in the sizing chart for the waist. Review the sizing chart for your sizing needs and comparison. This top fits perfectly in the medium, so my recommendation is to review the sizing chart. The top is a nice v-neck and lightweight, moisture wick and dries quickly. This top comes in 8 different colors. This top can be worn working out, hiking, or even out and about day in and day out. I am very satisfied with this order and I would highly recommend.
