International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

These shorts are amazing! They are so comfortable and very flattering. They are the perfect length for my long legs. I love that they have a lining so you can wear them with or without anything underneath, and I really appreciate that the lining does not ride up. The have just the right amount of stretch, and are very forgiving to curves and movement. I loved these shorts so much that I came back for more. I purchsed the dark blue, light blue, and dark grey. I am not a big fan of the dusty blue color, but the darker colors are very slimming! They wash up well on gentle cycle and I hang them to dry. Cute pair of loose flowy black shorts with built-in panty. Elastic waistband. Very stretchy, holds up nicely in the wash....no fading, pilling or tearing...good quality fabric (soft, feels like jersey knit). The shorts have front fully functional and generous pockets. This pair of shorts pass the "fingertip length" test and do not ride up when walking. These Mier shorts are great for a casual outing and are made of a super cooling fabric that comes in handy on hot summer days!

Lulu can step aside, these are my absolute favorite shorts without a doubt. Extremely flattering cut with the high waist, true to size, comfortable breathable material, running shorts liner, real pockets, and a reasonable inseam for under $20?!! Where have these been all my life. I'm wearing these at least once a week right now and ordering more pairs for the summer already!

These shorts are as good as ANY high end brand that I have previously purchased!! Seriously, to get a pair of athletic shorts that are THIS nice is unheard of at a $20 price point!!! I haven't even had a pair with the insert, but I don't mind them, and I hope it will help with sweat not showing through as easily!! I haven't had a nice hot day to wear these outside yet, but when I do, I will come back to update my review on how well they performed in temp heat workouts!As of now, I absolutely LOVE them, and I am very happy that they are true to size based on the size chart that they provide in the product pics. I am usually XXL in shorts like these, but I trusted their measurements, and got an XL and they fit perfectly, so I am very happy I trusted them!! I would HIGHLY Recommend these!!! Oh, and they also include a really good video in their pics section as well, which helps show how well they move, as well as all the features of them!I hope My Review has been Helpful!!
