Women's Bermuda Cotton Shorts with Pockets Lightweight & Stretch

How the manufacturer is able to turn 92% cotton into a fabric that feels this good is magic. There is no feeling of restriction anywhere in these shorts. I told my husband it felt like I didn't have any thing on they were so comfortable. He is the one who talked me into getting the xl size instead of the xxl. More often than not I usually make the wrong size decision when ordering clothes on Amazon. I usually get them too small if they don't have their own specific size chart. But MIER did have their own size chart. But I still was tempted to order the next size up just to be safe. I usually wear a misses size 16. No one told me that 15 years after menopause my waist would gradually fill in to where I can now only wear size16 pants if they have elastic waist even though I am about 15 pound lighter than before menopause. Not fair but reality for me.Besides feeling absolutely comfortable these shorts are very well made. They have 2 deep side pockets and a right hip pocket. They have a nice elastic waist with a flat drawstring tie. They have easy laundering-nothing you have to do special. Since these are navy blue I tested for colorfastness and found them to pass the test. The label says to wash dark colors separately. I save up my dark clothes to launder together. My photos especially make the shorts look shorter than they are. These are regular Bermuda short length-at least to me about 6". I am shorter than the models so mine come down longer on me which I certainly wanted. I think the MIER brand produced an excellent product. I am very happy with the fabric, sewing, look and fit of these shorts.

These are nice, comfortable shorts. I normally wear size 16/XL and ordered the XXL based on the size chart. This was the right choice. They fit well and are not so tight as to show underwear lines or be uncomfortable. I like that they're a longer length; it's nice to have some material on my legs. They're very stretchy, so I think they will stay comfortable throughout the day

You know how sometimes you get an article of clothing and you don't know when you first get it, but it somehow becomes your go-to garment!? These shorts have become that for my wife. They are not the most for fitted or flattering shorts in the world by any means. But they are just really comfortable. They are easy to throw on, and do work around the house, take a walk, watch t.v., whatever. She loves the longer length and the material is thicker but still lightweight enough for summer wear. Pockets are always welcomed as well!FIT - the "model" in my pics is 5'5" and 122 lbs., and is wearing a SMALL. I would say they fit true to size, maybe running a bit toward the larger size.

These are perfect (and I don't say that often about shorts). The fabric looks "stiff" (nearly professional) and is solid enough that I don't worry about keys poking their way through the pockets, but at the same time, the pants are comfortably stretchy and allow full range of motion. The other huge plus are the pockets: They are deep and well-placed and can easily accommodate a smart phone, a wallet, and keys. And they can hold all that weight without me worrying about the pants riding down my waist because the elastic band is just the right amount of strong and wide.

These shorts are just the thing for a comfortable and just the thing for casual wear during warm weather. The length is flattering, the cut is comfortable and there are even pockets which is always a plus. The fabric is just heavy enough not to be overly revealing, and light enough to be comfortable.

For reference, I am a 8/10 in women's and the Large fits me comfortably. I love the length of these shorts. They are modest, but great for warm weather. The material is not thin and is very comfortable. The shorts have one back pocket which I may not use and two large front pockets that I will definitely use. They feel very well made and Im contemplating getting a different color.
