MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

Oh my gosh these are amazing!!! I need all the colors now! They never make them fit flattering and comfortable in my size! This is fantastic! I'm 5'5" and 230-240lbs usually a 3XL or 24. I got the 3XL's and they fit so well! Not too tight or too loose and flattering and comfortable in every way! I can't rave about these enough! Get them! Sizing is accurate and on point!

I'm always on the lookout for a good pair of joggers, and I've found my new favorite pair. These are super comfortable with good stretch and nice-feeling fabric, and they work perfectly for my size. I'm 5'4" and normally wear a US size 6 or 8 (depends on the brand), and these are exactly the right length and fit. The quality is good, too, and they don't really stretch out as you're wearing them. Plus, this green color is even better in person. I'm definitely ordering more of these pants.

I like the jogging pants and would like to order some in the color grey. The only problem was that they looked navy blue on the internet but we’re actually greyish blue.

These are great! I ordered my usual size medium and these joggers fit like I expect joggers to fit. They're loose without being too loose. The length is perfect for me, I'm 5'6" and the bottom of the ankle cuff hits right at the bottom of my ankle. The ankle cuffs aren't too tight either. These joggers have nice deep front pockets plus a back pocket with a zipper. The zipper works wonderfully and locks in place when flat against the body. I do have mixed feelings about the back pocket though just because it's a free floating pocket that's only attached at the zipper, the rest is loose so it can bunch up and look weird - I think I would prefer no back pocket for that reason. The waistband has a tie in front and the waistband isn't too tight and I don't have trouble with it rolling or anything. The fabric that these are made from feels absolutely divine! It is so silky soft, stretchy and comfortable! These joggers are sewn really well, I have no loose threads or anything. Care instructions say machine wash & they can be dried in the dryer. I would happily order more items from this company, these are worth every penny!

These are pretty great..The fabric is surprisingly light, with some really nice stretch to it. And while they may look warm.. the thinner, slicker material actually makes them cool and comfortable in the heat.They're a great length, even for my longer legs, so that's a serious bonus. And the color I chose the Wine Red ones is solid and doesn't bleed when cleaned. Nor did they shrink.I got them a size bigger than usual and I'm happy I did. They fit just the way I like, with breathing room. For a more fitted look and feel though, you could get your normal size and be fine.The best part? The pockets. These are actual your phone can fit inside without falling out sized pockets. And there are three! Two in the front and one zippered pocket on the back. It's a beautiful thing.Overall: They'll be nice to wear around the house, while working out, or when running errands.
