- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

As a nurse this lunch bag is perfect for a meal prep bowl to fit in the bottom. I love that it has separate pockets and the meal is easily accessible from the bottom, and can put whatever extra in the top pouch.

This has so much more room than I thought it would. I can fit 3 bottles of water in the bottom and three more at the main part of the lunchbox if that helps give you a ratio of how large it is. I work in a factory and work long days sometimes and I really needed a pretty, good-sized lunchbox for work, and this one is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!

I LOVE this lunchbox. You can fit so much stuff in this thing! I brought a large salad from Newks for lunch and it fit comfortably even with ice packs in the bottom. I love the strap it makes it easy to carry around and I've gotten so many compliments. I would definitely reccomended this lunchbox.

I purchased the large size and it's perfect. It's not huge and it's not small, it's the right size. I put my pens, radio holder, and other accessories in the bottom and my lunch goes on the top, there's a pocket on the back for my folded up newspapers and face mask. So glad I didn't overthink it and purchased this lunch bag.

Mier NEEDS TO STATE DIMENSION OF EACH OF THEIR BAG DESIGNS !!!!! Description is way short of info that the consumer needs in order to purchase the one that they want. Had to order 4 to finally get the right size!!! Not happy about that!
