International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

My wife and I are nurses and we needs lots of space for snacks and food but we don't want to carry 2 lunch bag. We've purchased a couple others but they barely had room for the both of us and our food doesn't stay cold for very long until we purchased this bag. We literally have enough space to fit our lunch and snacks and coffee. It tends to get a bit heavy but it is not the bags fault we just eat a lot haha. Our food stay fresh and cold for a while even if they are left out. The quality and price is great in comparison to other name brand competitors. We will be using this lunch bag for a very long time.

I got this for my husband who recently started a new job, and it’s perfect. Lots of space for breakfast and lunch, drinks, and there’s two spots on the side for water bottles/ bigger drinks. The shoulder strap is very helpful as well, since he has to bring a work backpack everyday. It’s makes carrying everything so much easier. Perfect for anyone needing a new lunch bag!

I love that I can have a days' worth of food with ice packs available for the ready- all day cold and in room temperatures.Also, the ice packs are still firm near the end of the day- helps to gauge how cold/ safe the food is.I feel special and without limits with my nutritional cold food available and while caring it over the shoulder.I love that I can have my snakes in the top compartment with ice packs for quick access. And the top ice packs also keep the main compartment cooler- longer.I paced a knitted pot holder over the ice pack for insulation and is perfection.Love the color and style for easy clean up.Would buy again.I am Amazon Lucky!

Use it every single day for work and LOVE it! LOTS of room inside. I use an ice block in the top compartment and keeps things VERY cold (the block is actually still frozen at the end of a 10 hour shift). This is the perfect size for me.
