Delivery Information

MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)

Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.

Backordered Items

If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

Nice size duffel

That is also a backpack. The canvas is lightweight and the zippers are good and sturdy with pull tabs. The sides do have nice handholds so if the bag is heavy. You would just need to wrap the backpack straps up. There is an inner pocket that zips and the inside shell that definitely will hold a lot of gear. This bag does as it says: you definitely can repack it back up and zip to carry, as photographed. I tried several times filling and removing items, and still able to fold and re-zip. I am happy with the product and the pricing is good for the quality.

Fine for car trips, can adjust for air travel

The bag is made of good sturdy coated canvas and will hold a lot. I also like the separate compartments on the ends, although the lining for the "shoe garage" and the side pocket seems a little flimsy. That may be better for facilitating packing the bag completely inside the other compartment for storage, though, which is always a good feature. However I am most likely to use this as a second checked bag, and it has some drawbacks for that use, IMHO. The handles/backpack straps are on the long side and likely to get caught unless you can somehow hold them to the body of the duffel. Also, Ideally there should be some compression straps to take up extra space and maybe pin down the straps and keep the contents in position, or everything will not shift around as the bag is moved. I see they do offer those on a more deluxe model. If the contents are clanking around, it will be harder to carry it on your back comfortably as well. Another favorite feature of mine that is lacking is a sleeve to hold it atop a rolling suitcase at least some of the time.When I put 2 standard bed pillows in the bag for photos, I came up with some adaptations. I shortened the straps as far as they would go, but then there were long strips hanging free. So I tied them to each other on the bottom. Also there are loops for lashing on things, I could possibly come up with my own compression straps and add those.
