MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

Love the shirt - the price is great, fabric feels nice, sun protection and doesn't wrinkle (machine washes/dries great on low)! I just ordered my third shirt now (in white - also have black and grey). I have several long-sleeve sun shirts, but live in Texas so I like a short sleeve sun protection shirt to wear in the summer when it gets crazy hot (that way I only have to put sunscreen on lower arms and face). I love the that it goes down in the back and front with a split on sides. I find this style slimming and gives me a little butt coverage when wearing leggings. I am 5'2" (32D) and weight about 123 lbs and long-waisted. I probably could wear a S, but I typically purchase M in shirts because I don't like them too tight (prefer more of a loose fit). So I ordered the medium and fits nice - loose but not too much.

This is a nice, light weight top with UPF protection. I wear it walking on the neighborhood trails and will use it for hiking on vacation this summer.

Nicely made shirt. The fabric is nice and breathable. By far, my favorite feature is the "shirt-tail" hem. The one thing that would have made this shirt "perfect"?, a different collar style - or at least having that option to choose from. It's not a deal breaker though. I'll likely be purchasing more in different colors.

The MIER Women's UPF 50+ Sun Protection Workout Top is fantastic for outdoor workouts. It offers excellent sun protection with its UPF 50+ rating, which is a great plus for sunny days. The material is lightweight and breathable, keeping you cool and dry during intense exercise.
