International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

Just the right size for my child. Color and material is good. I will update review as to quality once my child uses it for school.

We like this lunch bag for packing our daughter's lunch since it is just the right size and holds just the right amount of lunch and snacks for school. We use the bottom compartment to hold a Bentgo Kids lunch box (dimensions: 8.5” x 6.5” x 2”) and it fits perfectly. We use the top compartment to hold her snacks, juice pouches and even her water bottle, and still has room for a ice pack to keep things cool till lunch time. There is a handle on top but also a adjustable should strap. For a kindergartener, this is a good size lunch pack. For older kids, you would want to get something bigger.

This bag is perfect for what I need. The cooler seems to be well-made. I wish the company name was located somewhere other than on the top, where someone would embroider their initial or name. I took a black sharpie and colored the white stitching out so it wouldn't be as visible.

So far so good it has plenty of space I can fit a bento box as shown with no problem. It also has plenty of space on the top compartment. My son loves it its perfect for his lunch. Easy enough to wipe it down no leaks so far.

Was looking for a lunch box that would fit snacks, Sippy cup as well as a bento lunch box. This lunch box fits all my mama needs for that. I purchased this lunchbox along with the bento lunchbox set. Wasn’t sure if the bento would fit but it does! So far this set has been super convenient. Pleased mama.

FINALLY! I'm so excited that I finally found a lunch box that will fit all my daughter's different lunch boxes and have a compartment for snacks!We need to send breakfast, lunch AND snack to school every day and it's hard to find a bag that can fit it all. This is perfect ??
