International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

During this time of the year, I usually leave some water bottles in the freezer overnight so I can take them to work the next day. However this creates a lot of condensation, so I have to be careful with what else I put in my bag. But now I can take two frozen bottles (and a slightly smushed sandwich) and not only will it stay icy my whole shift, it also keeps my bag dry while taking up minimum space. My only complaint is that sometimes the zipper gets stuck on the label, but it doesn't happen very often and when it does it can be unstuck with little effort.

I love MIER insulation bag. Purchased bigger shopping bag few years ago. Still nice shape and keep cold with ice pack for long time in summer. I purchased another company's insulated shopping bag for office. That's bag has much thinner insulation and not filled all the way to sewing line. When I need more insulation bag, I only buy from MIER.

I purchased this last month and took it to my parent's house, my mother immediately spotted and liked it, so I left it to her and I just purchased the second one. I love this design, very elegant and it's a nice size bag. I wanted something smaller to keep my lifewave patches, but it's okay, I like its durability and design. I would gift it to someone one day.

I have 2 of these bags now. I keep my fresh produce in them, one for fruits and one for vegetables, and then put the bags in my refrigerator crisper drawer. They stay fresh and good for 2 weeks! It's great how well they work!

You can fit a 2-cup pyrex container, a soda, and an icebox in there. Maybe squeeze a snack if you really want to. My man likes it because he can fit it inside his backpack full of work and college supplies.

In my case,wasn't for initial purposes, I use it as a case for rechargeble trimmer, which did not have a case,so fit very good,so I'm happy with the purchase. Recommendations? Whatever.
