International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I love my new bag!!!! I carry both my personal stuff and my lunch in just one bag, lightweight, not too small or gigantic. I use it this way: In the top compartment, I put my wallet, eyeglasses, cell phone, etc. In the bottom compartment, I put a 24 oz. water bottle, my coffee, sandwich, fruit, etc. I am very, very happy!

I usually have breakfast and lunch at my job, so the compartment on the top and the zipped compartment on the bottom is perfect to separate the meals. This also has a longer strap to have on your shoulder - I am always carrying too many things at once so this makes it a lot easier. Nice quality, constructed with care and gets the job done with extra room to throw in my canteen and a book. This doesn’t leak and the inside is waterproof fabric to clean easily. I’m a happy camper!

I love that I can have my cold food and room temperature food in the same bag. The compartments are separated malign it more convenient for my varying lunch. The insulated part keeps my food cold all day with the ice packs. I have never dealt with the ice packs defrosted and /or any leaks. It is very durable and has a sleek look.

I got this lunchbox because I love the dual compartment design. It’s nice because I can put my bento box in the bottom portion to provide a nice flat base, and then I can stuff the upper level compartment with snacks and drinks. It seems to be well insulated and is easily wipeable on the inside. The outside material is probably more difficult to clean, but it seems like pretty standard material for different lunchbox styles. This is definitely a great option for taking a lot of items to lunch.

I bought this mainly for golf days. perfect compartment for ice pack and water on the bottom and your stuff on the top. Perfect!! if you golf this is the perfect bag!

It's the only medium sized bag I found online that has thin bottom compartment to put TV dinner box or Tupperware tray for meal prep on bottom, and all my nurse work supplies on top. It's bigger than standard lunch bags (which are always too small) but not gigantic like the picnic lunch bags that serve 3 people. Can't be bringing whole luggage pieces to the break room fridge/locker haha. Top fits stethoscope, goggles, shift report clipboard, pens, maybe a scrub jacket, etc. Material is insulated enough so the bottom won't collapse with heavy items on top but empty bottom after putting lunch in break fridge. Material is similar to seatbelt material, kinda. It's like the water repellant backpack, or lawn chair type material, silky noisy plastic mesh type. It will clean easy. It will not get dusty like black cotton canvas material does. Some other black lunch bags have bad material, this one is easy to clean, water repellant semi-shiny, textured plasticy. =) The photo glass dish is 1.5 QT, 6 cup dish & fits roomy on bottom
