Delivery Information
MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I was trying to replace a soft-sided cooler purchased at Costco several years ago that was finally breaking down and looking really bad. That particular brand doesn't seem to be keeping the original quality, so looked at other options. This had the front pocket, thick padding, and top option which we use frequently on our road trips and in hot weather. I saw the measurements, but didn't realize that it was that much smaller. However, now I find that I really like it for the small size for those occasions when I just need to have space for lunch for my husband and myself, along with enough water bottles for a day in the summer heat. The pictures should give you a good idea of what it can hold. (The pocket in the front will just barely hold a couple of small paper plates and a few napkins. The height is tall enough for the standard size water bottle and my Yeti, though the baby electrolyte water containers, that I use to hold the frozen water to keep things hold, has to lay on its side.) Hope this helps! (I really wish the company would also make a larger size since I still have to use another flexible ice chest for transporting food to family, and on small grocery shopping trips!)

The material is easy to clean, it also feels more durable than my old lunch bag. I thought it was small at first but when I propped it up it is actually big and roomy. It can fit an 64oz food container in there and I can fit my 1.9L (64oz) Under Armour Water Bottle I normally fill up at work! I still have be sure to hang on to the shoulder strap to be sure it does not slip off. Other than that, it is a good deal for a Lunch Bag of this size! You can probably fit even more if you have good organizational skills!

I've had this for a couple years now and I abuse lunch boxes. Say no more just buy it. I've never had a lunch box carry stones and then bring me lunch the next day. Strong lunch box 💪🏻💯

During the summer my kids and I like to take quick picnic lunches with us when we head out. This is the perfect size! It holds its shape well for a soft cooler. And the top Velcro flap is super handy when you don’t have north hands free to zip. Just what I was looking for at a fraction of the name brand price.

Love this insulated lunch bag. The size is definitely bigger than the average lunch bag, but I find it perfect for my use. I work 4-10 hour shifts that encompass 2 meals; breakfast and lunch. It is roomy enough for me to pack food items for both meals. I try not to use plastic wraps and bags, so it fits my reusable containers nicely. The inside lining cleans easily and quickly. Adjustable shoulder strap is great. Front pocket works nicely to place utensils. Side mess pockets hold 4- 16oz bottles. Use this as a picnic bag for 2 for light fares. Fairly durable. I have had it for several months with no rips, tears or busted zippers.

We needed an ice chest for in the car for trips. This is the perfect one for our purpose. We can lift the center door on the top and reach a soda or snack and we don't have to stop. We highly recommend this product for traveling. Or on the patio beside your chair.
