International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition still attached for full credit.

We got 2 bags,1 of the 60 and 1 of the 90. Both worked well, especially using soft stuffing bags internally. For our trip I could carry each 1 of them with 1 hand but it was heavy. They were very comfortable using the backpack straps. I didn't trust test the rain repellent capability, but it appeared that they would do well. They also fold down and are easy to store

I freaking LOVE this bag! It feels sturdy, and water resistant. I go to the laundromat on my bike and carry my laundry there because it's so close. It makes it so easy to carry two loads!

Was going on a 12 day trip to Africa and needed a bag that was large and durable to be loaded/unloaded from planes, trucks, in and out of hotels and be strong enough to double as a backpack when needed. This bag did the job GREAT and is ready for the next adventure after a good wipe down. It didn't get wet much so I can't speak to the water resistance.

I got the 60L for a short trip to Europe (from US) and it was perfect for my trip. I was able to move around with my backpack in the city and feel that I was not standing out like a tourist with a wheeled Luggage. its spacious and I was able to fit a week worth of clothing and shoes. I am sure I will be using this backpack for trip to the mountains here in the US. I recommend this product to anyone.
