MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I've been looking for something that was stylish (not crazy in color), flexible, and large enough to accommodate breakfast AND lunch with glass containers, plus all of my condiments and utensils, and I've found it! I also like the adjustable strap. I'm a short person, 5 ft 3 inches and I can make this work. I may need to order a second one as I go through lunch bags every 2 years from wear and tear.

This is a cute and practical lunch bag! There are days where I get stuck at the office for 10+ hours and I can easily fit two meals in here with some snacks and drinks. They don't stay cold all day but enough to transport to work and get into the fridge. Looks super cute and has been easy to clean and wipe out as needed. Nice little lunchbox!

This bag is very sturdy and well made for under $10. I bought this as a replacement for a small, black, satin igloo lunch bag that my daughter just loved. Unfortunately, they do not make the igloo any longer but my daughter was more than happy with this one. There is more room on top. A card holder in the back. She has plenty of room for her lunch and supplies that she carries around from class to class. We recommend!

As a nurse this lunch bag is perfect for a meal prep bowl to fit in the bottom. I love that it has separate pockets and the meal is easily accessible from the bottom, and can put whatever extra in the top pouch.

This has so much more room than I thought it would. I can fit 3 bottles of water in the bottom and three more at the main part of the lunchbox if that helps give you a ratio of how large it is. I work in a factory and work long days sometimes and I really needed a pretty, good-sized lunchbox for work, and this one is absolutely perfect. Thank you so much!
