These Men's gym workout shorts have 2 slant insert pockets. In the right slant pocket, we cleverly designed a small inner pocket to store cash, keys, cards and other small items to avoid loss. What's more, the inner lining is also designed with a cell phone pocket. MIER men's running shorts are designed to keep your hands free during activities.
The top of the waist band is designed to be the same color as the inside liner, creating a color contrast. This is a new and stylish design in mens running shorts. An elastic waistband match with an internal drawstring can be adjusted according to your figure to give maximum comfort to the waist. The side split hem can provide more range of motion during exercise, with no bondage.
The liner of our men's 5" athletic shorts is made of 4-way stretch fabric with 11% spandex. The compression liner is designed to provide support to the thigh muscles. Soft feeling and the whole lining are filled with mesh air vents, excellent breathable provides the best comfort.
Water-resistant, color fastness rating 4 and machine washable, this 5 inch mens shorts are perfect for running, gym, workout, jogging, basketball, soccer, training, hiking, yoga, sports and daily wear.

MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

These are nicely made workout/running shorts for men. Fabric is soft and very light. The tight stretchy underlining is convenient and love the inside pocket for belongings like cellphone, keys or wallet.Fits great as well. Recommended

I love these shorts. They are extremely comfortable while simultaneously being well made. So many short that feel good are effectively made of air and fall apart after a few washings, but these have held up well and I anticipate them being around for the long haul. They're the perfect balance of not too short and not too long and the integrated liner adds an extra layer of comfort. They've become the first pair I reach for; definitely recommended.

These are really light and comfortable, perfect for long runs. The pockets and inside pockets are a nice touch and something welcome in running shorts. I don't use the pockets during the run but after it is nice to have them.

I've taken these out for a few runs. I generally try to get 12-20 miles a week. 5'7" 160lbs. 2-in-1 running shorts tend to be hit or miss with me from a fit standpoint. If they don't work, I ultimately cut out the inside piece!In this case, these ones worked with my physiology and were pretty comfortable from the get-go, not too much adjustment/re-adjustment needed.I'd consider buying a second pair.

?These are really nice running / gym shorts. The material is genuinely good quality and they feel well-made. Also, the fit is true to size. Im wearing a large which is my normal size and they fit perfectly. Overall, Im really happy with these and I would definitely recommend them.
