To me, running is more than just a sport—it’s a profound conversation with myself. I started running initially as a way to release stress, but it soon became an essential part of my life. With every step and every breath, I learned to listen to my inner rhythm more clearly. Running taught me the true meaning of perseverance: whether it’s the chilly morning wind or the exhaustion after a long day, taking that first step means already overcoming the greatest obstacle.
