International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

This boogbag is so good. My husband is a bike rider, he chooses to ride his bike all year around so he needs a book bag that can withstand all the elements. We live in a state where it snows and rains a lot. He was so happy to give this book bag a try. This book bag is completely water proof so if you get stuck in the rain you don't have to worry about everything in your bag getting ruined. It's all kept self. The he bag is large capacity so my husband can store his work clothes so he doesn't have to wear them to ride home as they can be restricting. It has so many packets, there is even pockets on the inside to help you organize any items you're carrying. The straps are adjustable so that you can fit the book bag to your body. To clean the bag all you will need is a damp cloth to while it down. It's a very nice and sturdy book bag.

This bag feels very durable and has loads of space and compartments for all the things. Great for hiking, sporting events, day trips and so on. The straps were comfortable and this bag was larger than I thought it would be. I am 5'7 showing the sizing of this bag being worn. Hope this is helpful.

I go on a lot of short trips, and it's usually convenient to carry a bag rather than having a carrier. I only had backpacks that are designed for school/work, which had less main space and had lot of compartments. Having lot of compartments definetly helps, but decreases space for main pocket so for travelling it is not so good. But this backpack does perfect job for travel purposes. It hold A LOT of clothes in the backpack, since I can extend the top to put more stuff. I had put all the stuff I needed for my 5 day trip to Miami, including clothes, books, ipads, laptops. It is so mindblowing I much this backpack can hold. Instead of carrying carriers, I didn't have to wait for baggage claim, and didn't have to worry about losing the bag. This became my go-to travel backpack and I recommend it!!

Stylish and unique backpack! It's made of durable and water-resistant fabric that can withstand rain and spills. The rolltop design allows me to adjust the capacity of the main compartment according to my needs. The backpack has multiple pockets and organizers for easy access to my laptop, tablet, documents, pens, keys, phone and other essentials. The padded shoulder straps and back panel are comfortable and breathable. I would highly recommend this backpack to anyone looking for a reliable and spacious carry-on bag. It is worth every penny.

Just took this backpack on my first out of country trip and it has held up really well and been super useful. Very spacious as you can see from the video and pictures. Could fit a laptop, paperwork, tons of food, extra set of clothes, chargers, etc. easily and had more room. Water resistant material is great and it looks really good with its all black, minimalistic design. Side bottle holder expands to accommodate larger bottles. Zipper interior pouch for valuables. Clip on top so can roll down the bag and make it smaller when it's packed lighter and to give an extra layer of security. Honestly going to keep using this as my daily bag as well. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new backpack!
