All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

My wife and I are nurses and we needs lots of space for snacks and food but we don't want to carry 2 lunch bag. We've purchased a couple others but they barely had room for the both of us and our food doesn't stay cold for very long until we purchased this bag. We literally have enough space to fit our lunch and snacks and coffee. It tends to get a bit heavy but it is not the bags fault we just eat a lot haha. Our food stay fresh and cold for a while even if they are left out. The quality and price is great in comparison to other name brand competitors. We will be using this lunch bag for a very long time.

I got this for my husband who recently started a new job, and it’s perfect. Lots of space for breakfast and lunch, drinks, and there’s two spots on the side for water bottles/ bigger drinks. The shoulder strap is very helpful as well, since he has to bring a work backpack everyday. It’s makes carrying everything so much easier. Perfect for anyone needing a new lunch bag!

So far this has been a great cooler unlike another brand I always purchased before that has gone up in price and quality has gone down. On hot days I have used two ice packs and even at the end of the day they have not failed to keep my stuff cold. Nice and roomy for a small cooler and the sides have straps than can hold an extra bottle or two of whatever you want. It is great for a day trip or on the job.

I feel it’s always better to have something in front of you to gauge if it will be worth the purchase. Helpful reviews but photos and product post can be deceiving at times. Product shown with my 32 oz. hydro flask for size comparison. Product works well for those who meal prep or bodybuild and have to lug around several containers of food with them throughout the day. Was able to get 4 containers in the bag and still some wiggle room for fruits/ 12oz cans.Glad I purchased.
