- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.

Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.

This thing fits everything I need and keeps things cool all day! Perfect size to fit my ice packs, drinks and lunch while still being easy to carry around. The handle and shoulder strap work well for carrying. The inner lining feels a bit thin but is easy to wipe clean. The soft padded exterior of the bag helps keep it from catching on things and getting it the way. The outer fabric is a bit thin but has held up to use so far, I just wouldn't trust it getting dragged on anything. This is a nice sized lunchbox for all day use. This is my edc lunchbox.

Love this insulated lunch bag. The size is definitely bigger than the average lunch bag, but I find it perfect for my use. I work 4-10 hour shifts that encompass 2 meals; breakfast and lunch. It is roomy enough for me to pack food items for both meals. I try not to use plastic wraps and bags, so it fits my reusable containers nicely. The inside lining cleans easily and quickly. Adjustable shoulder strap is great. Front pocket works nicely to place utensils. Side mess pockets hold 4- 16oz bottles. Use this as a picnic bag for 2 for light fares. Fairly durable. I have had it for several months with no rips, tears or busted zippers.

I've never owned one of these before, it works good! It keeps my food cold/warm for a few hours but its not like I expected. I had higher expectations that there would be no noticable thermal leakage (like a quality thermos) but there is slight thermal leakage. When I did research on this it seems to be common and normal. It works for my needs anyway, I can add hot or cold gel packs if I need more time. I'm very happy with it!! it looks great and I like the straps and side pockets. The zipper is fine, no issues with it. It's all pretty well made and strong, and it looks pretty cool too. I gave various parts of it a reasonable tug and nothing broke.

Used this product for my husbands lunches at work. Kept everything at a great temperature. Comes with side pockets and long adjustable strap. Lunch bag is very spacious. Big enough where everything has a spot. Made of good quality material and feels very durable.

This is a good size insulated lunch box. It's bigger than most but not overwhelmingly so. It's well made and I like the canvas material it's made of. Perfect for a picnic and has plenty of room for anything you need.
