International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I bought it for my husband. He carries containers with lunch, coffe mug, and a lot of things that don't really belong in the lunchbox (though somehow found the way to it ;). He loves the lunchbox because of all the little packets. He also bought a plastic tray/basket and place it in the main compartment for more support/structure. Just to mention that fabric the lunchbox is made of is very sturdy and overall quality is excellent.

Bought this specifically for daily lunch use. I work 12 hour shifts and wanted a large bag I could put lunch drinks snacks and anything else I might need for the day charger, meds. This fits the bill. It's tall enough to fit my big half gallon thermos and everything else I need to get through the day.It's also great for a day at the beach. Fit a twelve pack and ice and several more sodas easily. That is potentially too much weight for some people so you might want to try it out first before you get it to loaded down.

Good bag and was able to fit food for a four day trip. Inside wore quickly and had tears in the liner. But I definitely got my moneys worth out of it. I didn't care for the Velcro hole in the top, think it didn't aid in keeping things cool. Longer straps had it coming off my J Hook on escalators if I didn't pay attention. (Not fun when you're on an international trip). But definitely a good first bag as a new crew member.

If you are looking for a lunch bag that hold everything, literally everything buy this one. This bag can hold your lunch box, water bottle, smoothie container and when I carry it, it doesn't feel like it is holding that much. In addition there are pockets for cell phone, credit cards, car keys.I am so grateful that I bought this bag.

Husband takes it to work for lunch with one big blue ice pack, leaves it out on counter and it stays cold for the 15 hours he needs it to. Would last longer if he needed it to so great insulated bag. He doesn't use the little sneaking window on top but it is big enough to fit his had in and grab a soda. He loves that the handles are connected to sides and not the lid so theres no constant presure on zipper when its carried.
