Delivery Information
MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

Expedited Shipping

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

My Wife wanted some new workout leggings with tummy control that weren't see through and she found these pants and ordered them, when she put them on she liked the fit and feel and said that the quality was very good and also likes how thick the material is and that it isn't see through, nice product for the money.

Im normally a medium but got a small and they fit perfect! These have great stretch and you can’t see through them. I carry most of my weight in my thighs and hips so I like these because the waist part fits snug so they will not fall while working out. I got 3 pairs I love them so much!

These leggings are extremely comfortable and true to size. Just refer to the size chart or the pictures. I was skeptical about the ribbed finish not being comfortable because most of my leggings are smooth finish. Much too my surprise these are very comfortable. The wide waistband is very comfortable because it is made of knitted material with a narrow elastic band at the top. The expanded gusset is different. It makes the legs fit more comfortable and gives them a smoother fit. They are ankle length and the material is slightly on the heavy side and will be warm for the colder seasons. I'll probably wear them this winter.
