MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

Just took this backpack on my first out of country trip and it has held up really well and been super useful. Very spacious as you can see from the video and pictures. Could fit a laptop, paperwork, tons of food, extra set of clothes, chargers, etc. easily and had more room. Water resistant material is great and it looks really good with its all black, minimalistic design. Side bottle holder expands to accommodate larger bottles. Zipper interior pouch for valuables. Clip on top so can roll down the bag and make it smaller when it's packed lighter and to give an extra layer of security. Honestly going to keep using this as my daily bag as well. I would definitely recommend if you're looking for a new backpack!

Exactly what I need. Plenty of room. Thick material. Waterproof and dust proof. It will be put to the test in June out west. Looks well made and should hold up.

I Absolutely love this backpack. I use this for work and because I carry my computer, I no longer have to worry that water might leak through when it does rain, this bag solves all my problems. It also has a decent amount of pockets on the inside and I do love that it has the water bottle pocket on the side which is expandable. it definitely feels high-quality and like a well-made backpack. I got this backpack in the green color and it looks exactly like what is pictured. It's a nice deep olive green and goes well with my every day outfits. If you're looking for a work backpack that is functional, durable and also looks good, I would definitely recommend getting this.

This boogbag is so good. My husband is a bike rider, he chooses to ride his bike all year around so he needs a book bag that can withstand all the elements. We live in a state where it snows and rains a lot. He was so happy to give this book bag a try. This book bag is completely water proof so if you get stuck in the rain you don't have to worry about everything in your bag getting ruined. It's all kept self. The he bag is large capacity so my husband can store his work clothes so he doesn't have to wear them to ride home as they can be restricting. It has so many packets, there is even pockets on the inside to help you organize any items you're carrying. The straps are adjustable so that you can fit the book bag to your body. To clean the bag all you will need is a damp cloth to while it down. It's a very nice and sturdy book bag.

I ordered this backpack for daily use for personal items and documents.With a 23l carry capacity, super strong waterproof material and a several storage areas (including dedicated laptop area) inside and out this bag is great.It's not too large so it does not feel cumbersome to wear and use. There is extra padding on the back and straps for comfort as well as extra protection for you belongings. With a zippered, roll over top strap no water or excess moisture will get into the bag.I picked the green color backpack and it performs and look great!
