Delivery Information
MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

?I really like these pants. Theyre the usual material that you would expect for gym shorts / pants meaning, theyre a soft synthetic material and not traditional sweat pants material. In terms of fit, theyre no where near as slim-fitting as the sample photos show them. Im not really sure why companies do that. Im guessing the pants are actually just Photo-shopped onto stock photos and thats why they look so different in real life. Having said that, they really nice pants that look great and feel great as well. I totally like these and would definitely recommend them.

Come in a plastic bag.Have a real nice comfortable feel.They fit well. Nice length. Not to baggie.Elastic band at bottoms hold ankles lightly, not too tightly.Put them on and man are they comfy.I did not take them off for the rest of the day.Love them way more than I thought I would.Probably will buy the grey as well. The blue is awesome.

I like the zipper pockets. The one on the butt is a little inconvenient if you are cycling. Only on one side in the front. Should have two zipper pockets in front.

Got these for my bf. They are extremely soft. I felt them and they feel amazing. My bf is thin and they fit him very well. They feel silly and smooth. He says they are very comfortable as well. They are as described.

I like that these sweatpants fit slim from top to bottom. The nylon material also has some stretch to it.
