MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

I absolutely love this lunch box. I pack it at 6am and unpack it by 7:30 or 8:00pm and everything is still cold! I use this lunchbox to pack my food for the day (I work 10 hour shifts) as well as the breastmilk I pump and pumping supplies. I use this as a pumping bag basically so I can snack and pump. Totally impressed.

Bought this for travel ball season and pool season, and I was very surprised how much it held! The shoulder strap is adjustable and padded and it does have handles to carry.

I love love this lunchbox. At the time I bought there were two sizes and I bought the smaller one, now it seems they are the same but a different design with outside pockets. I wish I had waited since the outside pockets look great! The one I have is the square one with a small front pocket that has no zipper just a snap.Ita a great lunchbox holds all my food. I usually fit two ice packs, sandwich, yogurt, 3 small rubbermaid containers, 2 pieces of fruit, and a separate Tupperware, small bag of chips and it's not even tight.I get tons of compliments on the color as well! It is a bit larger than a standard lunchbox but I love it. I specifically wanted one with a shoulder strap and this has a great sized strap. It's very sturdy and the zipper seems high quality and doesn't catch. I would buy again!! (But the pocketed one next time!)*the cutlery bag in my photos is not included and came from a different Amazon listing*

I basically use this for transporting cold/frozen groceries. It is great for keeping frozen items for several hours. Also, the zipper is very durable & easy to use unlike so many other cooler bags I've owned.
