MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

The MIER Casual Daypack has a lot going for it:1. A lot of pockets and compartments2. A protected compartment for a laptop or tablet3. Fully waterproof4. Deeper and narrower than what I currently haveWhat concerns me:1. The heavy, exterior fabric, looks like it will be effectively waterproof. But, where it was sewn to other elements of the pack, the holes from the stitches looked stretched and as if the stitching might eventually be a place where the fabric tears.In conclusion, I like this daypack. I'll use it to go to my two study groups that will be starting up again after the holidays. To both groups I take a largish, heavy book; notebook; possibly some other supplemental books, different every time; android tablet; pencil bag; water bottle; and lunch. I can also leave the purse at home and put my wallet and keys in the top pocket. I wanted to order the daypack in powder pink, but it wasn't available, so I opted for olive drab over the black. The grandson modeling the pack for the pictures thinks the black would look better...🙂.

This backpack is very large, quite a bit more than expected. The cloth is waterproof and heavy. It has pockets on the front, the top, a small pocket within with a zipper, a laptop sleeve, and extendable side pockets so you can put a drink in them and close them when they're not in use. The backpack straps have a clip that closes over the chest. The bands to tighten the straps are long, and once they're changed theyr'e tight, so they won't just slip out as with other bags. There is also a strap across the back under the backpack straps to hold the bag on a luggage carrier.It was a little big for me to use for my day-to-day but I use it when I have to carry my laptop, which is pretty large. I am planning to take it as a carryon when I have an airplane trip coming up this spring. And, it's pink!

Very well made and good looking backpack! It fits 2 paper towels rolls and has a separate computer compartment. It is made out of very attractive and strong waterproof fabric. It has good travel features: it can be pulled over the suitcase handle, has zipped front and top pockets, and has a side bottle pocket. Perfect for a shorter trip or just a computer backpack for work! I’m very impressed with the quality and design of this backpack!

This is a backpack for the 21st century. Yes, you can carry a nice water bottle and other hiking equipment, but I hope you're not carrying your laptop into your escape from the modern world! This is for everyday convenience and travel!
The backpack fits securely with strong, heavily padded straps. The adjustable chest strap will take some of the load off your shoulders and back and leverage it with your chest.
The section for your laptop is very nice with padding to both protect the laptop and shield your back from the hard surface. When worn properly, you'll forget that you're carrying anything!
This can also be quickly loaded and unloaded. Positively ideal! I will be carrying this anytime I travel with my laptop.

This is a great heavy duty backpack. I ordered the olive green which also has black trimming and details. The whole front and sides are thick waterproof material. The whole vack side is padded mesh material which makes it very comfortable to wear especially when you carry alot of weight in it. I love that it has the strap for luggage suitcase handle which makes it easier when traveling. There is also a strap that goes across chest/waist to connect each shoulder strap together. Makes it a good hiking or camping/outdoors backpack. It is very roomy and deep inside main compartment. There is 2 exterior side slip pockets and 2 exterior zipper pockets. There is an inside slip pocket large enough to hold a laptop or tablet as well. Would definitely recommend this for those who are rough with their things as this is heavy duty outside without being too bulky.

My son and husband are impressed with this backpack. They took it hiking/camping and said it worked so much better than others that they've used. The material is very durable and water resistant, you can literally just wipe it clean. There are multiple storage compartments. It's a lovely light army green color with black trim. There's padding built into the back of it, which makes if very comfy on your back on long hikes. It's a resilient and excellent quality backpack!
