Delivery Information
MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

It is a good bag
I can’t wait to travel! I suggest next time try not to send by usps . They said they can’t send it to me insufficient address I have to go to usps office to track the package FEDEX next time

I freaking LOVE this bag! It feels sturdy, and water resistant. I go to the laundromat on my bike and carry my laundry there because it's so close. It makes it so easy to carry two loads!

I teach Taekwon-Do and was looking for a bag to carry all of my gear to teach class. I had gone through two other bags that either weren't big enough, weren't comfortable enough or weren't made well enough. This bag is everything I've been looking for. Well made, good backpack straps and huge main compartment.

Triathlon is a gear intensive sport. This bag (45L) holds all my gear and is 80% full. Construction appears excellent, I need the bottom to sit on wet grass for hours with no ill effect. I appreciate the oversized top flap that protects the main zipper. Only concern is the durability of the bottom clips for the shoulder straps. I will update mid-summer after a few events.

Husband and myself each traveled with one of these bags on an international trip. Bags went through two domestic flights and one international flight each way, and still looked great at the end of the trip, with the exception of a few minor and expected scuffs. It was raining at airports for at least two of the switch overs, and bags remained clean and dry inside upon arrival. We were traveling with the 45L bags and they weighed max 35lbs. Having the option to use backpack straps was great when walking through large airports, and we were able to quickly stow the straps away before handing off to baggage check. Traveled with a group and several others had brand new hard sided roller suitcases (that probably cost twice as much), they all looked very beaten and scuffed at the end of the trip. If you are physically able to carry your luggage instead of rolling it, this is definitely the way to go. Major plus... they don't take up much room in the closet!

I traveled from Oklahoma City to Rostov-on-Don Russia. To get there I took a flight out of Oklahoma City, to Houston, to Istanbul Turkey, to Moscow Russia, and then got on a 15 hour train ride. I did all that again in reverse to get back home. The bright back was clearly scuffed and dirty after the first trip. The seems have plastic caps and a couple started cracking. If I were to guess I would say I may get another 5-8 trips out of this bag doing this extended trip. That being said, airlines handled bags rough and I am going a long way, so for what I am doing if I can get 8-10 trips out of this bag, I would consider it a great bag. The material is thick, not like typical duffel bags, much more durable. It fits well on my back as a backpack when I need to move around during my travels. I will definitely buy another one when this one dies out.
