MIER understands that getting your items in a timely manner is important to you, so we process your order swiftly. Please note that because we make every effort to ship your product as quickly as possible, once the shipping process begins, we are unable to make any changes to your order.
All orders are estimated to ship typically within 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed. Shipping days exclude weekends and holidays.
Currently, we are offering Free Standard Shipping everyday on ALL Orders No Minium Purchase. Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, DHL and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.
Orders shipping to APO/FPO addresses will be unavailable. We do not ship to PO Boxes. If your package is not able to be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. Email us at service@miersports.com to figure out your options for re-delivery!

International Shipping (Except United States)
- Your package may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. The recipient is responsible for all duties and taxes incurred. MIER cannot determine these fees during the checkout process.
- It usually takes 7 - 25 business days for international orders to be delivered. The product gets handed to your local post office on arrival in your country and as such, delivery times will vary by country depending on the efficiency and expediency of your postal service.
- You cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. In this case, please send us a return request when you receive the parcel.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a tracking number and tracking link will be emailed to you. Tracking codes take one business day to activate.
Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock you will be contacted as soon as possible. You will have the option of waiting for the back ordered item, splitting the shipment and having all the in-stock items sent immediately, choosing a replacement item or canceling the backordered item.
Returns Policy
We strive to provide the best customer experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from miersports.com, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus any shipping charges. We just ask that the product be in brand new condition with the original tags still attached for full credit.

Carrier folds nicely for storage. It easily holds two 9x13 baking dishes and keeps things warm for travel. I had no trouble putting a dish hot from the oven into the carrier. Inside is easy to clean. Wish I had this years before!

I had the duty of bringing stuffing for Thanksgiving to a family gathering. There were no stoves available and it was requested I cook it prior to arriving. I had a large casserole dish (10x15) which fit perfectly (see pic). I also had a 9x13 pan with handles and it fit as well (in pic). I ended up using two 9x13 extra deep foil pans instead and two of them fit nicely. I removed them straight from the oven and placed them in the carrier. The food stayed warm the entire time and was still hot once I arrived to Thanksgiving. Definitely a great purchase.

Love it. It holds two 9X13 glass pans easily. I made sure to place a hand towel underneath each pan due to reviews I read advising this. I had peace of mind knowing that my enchiladas would stay warm until serving time. This is a must for potlucks. It makes a great gift too.

This is the perfect carrier for on the go casseroles. I was able to fit 2 deep dish glass casseroles in this carry case, although heavy, it did its job. Makes life so much easier. If you're on the fence about it, don't be, it's perfect. You won't regret it.

This is a lifesaver for transporting food! Used it for Christmas and it kept our food hot for the trip from our house to another! It's also very spacious! It has 2 compartments and they each hold a 13x9 dish. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend; had this for many years -> very good quality.We use it several times a year for various events. Still in great condition.Keeps food warm for a good amount of time. *I do recommend putting a few dish clothes around the food item to assist in the insulation as well securing the packaging.This makes it so much easier to bring a dish to a party!!! No more trying to balance a hot pan on someone's lap :)
